1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing Quicksilver, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

Quicksilver is a proprietary web-based game. All content, including but not limited to the source code, routing algorithms, graphics, UI design, and gameplay mechanics, are the exclusive property of the creator. The game may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without express written permission.

3. Fair Play & Prohibited Actions

We want the game and the leaderboards to be an enjoyable, fair experience for everyone. As such, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code or algorithms is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of automated scripts, bots, or any form of "hacking" to artificially manipulate high scores, bypass game logic, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the game and leaderboards is forbidden.

We reserve the right to disqualify scores or block access for users found circumventing these rules.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free.
